What is that almost undefinable quality that some people have that makes others want to follow? Is it exclusive or can anyone become this way. Why do people want to follow? Is it because it's just easier that way. Or is it because they don't want to take responsibility of their actions and let someone else take the heat. Why does this happen? How does it happen?
